A shocking medical incident has gone viral after a little boy had a live crab removed from his ear following a trip to the beach.

The child’s mother, Kitzia Mitre, shared the frightening experience online, calling it a “new fear unlocked.”

In the viral video, the boy could be seen crying in distress as he asked his mother:

“Am I going to go blind?”

His mother quickly reassured him, telling him that everything would be fine.

Doctors later managed to safely remove the tiny crab from the boy’s ear. The creature was seen crawling across the stretcher after extraction, shocking both the family and viewers.
