Let Struggle Continues Until Victory Is Achieved – Comr. Barma Speaks After Heinous NANS Convention

Former Director of Security for the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Comrade Barma M. Y, has taken a stand to clarify the recent incidents of misguided behavior that occurred at the NANS national convention ground in Abuja. According to Comrade Barma, the acts of indiscipline displayed during the convention were not representative of the Nigerian students as a whole, but rather the actions of a group of misconducted individuals.

The unfortunate incident involved the exchange of gunshots and fire among the students, which Comrade Barma emphasizes was both uncalled for and a clear sign of indiscipline. He feels compelled to address the general public and ensure that they understand that these acts were not reflective of the well-known and disciplined students of Nigeria.

Comrade Barma highlights the fact that NANS, as a student union, consists of intellectual individuals from various institutions and is recognized as one of the strongest and most influential associations in Nigeria. The convention ground itself is open to all, creating an opportunity for mischievous individuals to exploit and showcase their unethical and immoral behaviors.
It is important to clarify that the exchange of gunshots cannot definitively be attributed to the Nigerian students. As Comrade Barma states, students are the leaders of tomorrow, and it would be unfair to assume that they were responsible for such actions.

Comrade Barma, the former Director of Security NANS, has reassured Nigerian students that steps will be taken to address and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Comrade Barma has emphasized the implementation of strong screening measures to ensure that only well-behaved and disciplined individuals have access to the convention ground during the upcoming NANS conventions.
