“Justice Delivery In Nigeria Under Review” — Akaraiwe & Associates Hosts Annual Law Lecture Featuring Hon. Justice Emmanuel Agim, JSC

The law firm of Akaraiwe & Associates (Lex Rehoboth Partners), NBA ICLE accredited, has announced its 5th Annual Lecture scheduled to hold at the Enugu State High Court Auditorium.

The lecture, themed “The Role of the Legal Profession & Justice Delivery in Nigeria,” is scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2026, at 10:00am prompt.

The event will feature Hon. Justice Emmanuel Akomaye Agim, J.S.C. as the guest lecturer.

The organisers also announced that the Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Peter Mbah, will serve as Chief Host of the occasion.

According to the programme, the Chairman of the occasion will be Hon. Justice G.C. Nnamani, President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Enugu State, while the Special Guest of Honour is Hon. Justice A.R. Ozoemena, Chief Judge of Enugu State.

The Attorney-General of Enugu State, Hon. Barr. Osinachi Nnajieze, will serve as Guest of Honour.

The guest lecturer is expected to speak on key issues affecting the Nigerian judiciary, including a discussion on “Per Incuriam Reagitata: Nigeria’s Superiority Rule for Regulating Divergent Supreme Court Decisions,” a topic previously presented by Prof. RACE Achara during the 2025 edition of the lecture.

The organisers noted that lunch will be served at the event, while certificates of participation will be issued to attendees.

Participation will also be available virtually via Zoom and YouTube. The Zoom meeting details include Meeting ID: 840 0440 3475 and Password: 163647, while the livestream will be accessible through a YouTube link provided by the organisers.
