Home to incredible talents such as Joeboy, Nandy, DJ Neptune, and Namenj, we are committed to revolutionizing the music business and amplifying African music on the global stage.

We are seeking ambitious and motivated Interns to join our team and contribute across various departments, including Legal, A&R, Administration, and Creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Coordination:
  • Assist in coordinating record production by working with artists, mixing/mastering engineers, and studio managers.
• Project Management:
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure artist projects are completed and submitted on time.
• Research and Scouting:
  • Create detailed bi-weekly A&R research reports and undertake scouting projects.
  • Monitor and report on domestic and international music charts.
• Team Support:
  • Assist in running artist camps.
  • Contribute to monitoring, analysis, and evaluation activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education:
  • University degree in Communications, Law, Finance, or a Creative discipline.
• Skills & Interests:
  • Passion for music, entertainment, and the creative process.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Basic understanding of the music industry with a willingness to learn more.
• Attributes:
  • Highly motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • A team player and creative thinker who communicates effectively.
  • Comfortable with handling confidential information.
  • Open to sharing ideas and working outside traditional office hours, including occasional travel.
