It has been claimed that Bayern Munich star and Chelsea target Leroy Sane would prefer a move to London amid speculation that he could be set for a move back to the Premier League

Sane has developed into one of the best attackers in the Bundesliga over the past few seasons after making the decision to Leave Man City for the Bundesliga, but there has been alot of speculation regarding his immediate future.

The German has been in contract talks with Bayern for quite some time now, but has failed to agree a new deal with the club, meaning that Bayern chiefs are ready to cash in one of their best players.

The likes of Man City, Liverpool and even Newcastle have been linked with a move for Sane over the past transfer window, but with the January window just around the corner, it seems that he would prefer a move South.

The Athletic, Sane is said to prefer a move to London, opening the door for the likes of Arsenal, CHELSEA and possibly even Tottenham Hotspur.

The fact that Sane has not agreed a new contract at Bayern will give all the chasing clubs a massive chance to get a deal done in the next few months, as Bayern will not want to lose the man on a free deal.

CHELSEA have so many quality midfielders at the club, and will need to sign a striker, but adding Sane to the side would be a brilliant addition to the squad as he is already proven at the highest level of the game.

He is a game-changer and a game-winner.

CASTLEDINE SIGNS UP –

Midfielder Leo Castledine has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with Chelsea, it has been revealed

Castledine made his first appearances for our Under-18s while a schoolboy in 2020/21, before captaining the side in a number of games and hitting double figures for goals the following season.

He progressed to the Under-21s in 2022/23 and has featured regularly for Mark Robinson’s side, and his performances over the past few seasons has meant that CHELSEA have made the decision to hand him a new contract.

Jim Fraser, Head of youth development and recruitment, said: ‘We are delighted Leo has committed his future to the club and look forward to seeing him continue his development here.

‘He has been an ever-present at Under-21 level this season, so we hope to see him keep progressing at Chelsea in the years ahead.’

CHELSEA have been splashing the cash on the last few windows on talents that will come to the club and develop – forgetting about the fact there is so many promising young players already at the club that have cost nothing.

Castledine is a lad that many Blues fans have been keeping a close eye on over the past few years, as he has been developing very nicely, it is just a shame that he may never get the chance to prove himself in that first-team with all the players that get signed.

This is massive for him – but we are certain that the next step would be to loan him out – and then the midfielder looking for a permanent move away to try and make a name for himself in the game.

ZAGADOU EYES CHELSEA MOVE

VFB Stuttgart defender Dan-Axel Zagadou has suggested he’d love a move to Chelsea at some point in the future.

They have been linked with so many defenders, midfielders and strikers already over the past few months, but it is one player that has not been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge that has hinted that he would like a move at some pont.

Zagadou has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent seasons and is a man that is reportedly on the agenda of Gunners boss Mikel Arteta after making a name for himself in the Bundesliga with Stuttgart.

Speaking about the Blues, Zagadou admitted he’d always been a fan after growing up idolising a certain Didier Drogba.
