The Founder and Publisher of Peak News Nigeria, Human Rights Activist, investigative journalist Comrade FCA Olatunji Babatunde has lambasted the Independent National Electoral Commission over it refusal to use the BVAS in most Local Government Areas of the Federation.

The Founder made this known to newsmen in Abuja via WhatsApp Chat, he further stated that, the election acts of 2022 was a shame and cannot be accepted any longer.

According to the aggrieved media practitioner : "Electronic transmission of results in the mud. The whole BVAS and electoral act of 2022 was a sham!

Almost all LGAs had over voting and you want to declare winner? You lie!"Babatunde said.
