He appealed directly to Wizkid and members of Wizkid FC, promising never to insult the singer again.

In the emotional clip, Carter Efe said:

The video triggered thousands of comments, especially from Wizkid FC supporters. While some found the apology amusing, others insisted he had learnt his lesson.
