House of Representatives member, Thaddeus Atta has confirmed the Lagos State National and State House of Assembly Election Petition tribunal's ruling ordering a rerun in Eti-Osa Fed constituency.  LIB had earlier reported that the tribunal on Monday, September 11, ordered INEC to conduct a supplementary election in the 32 polling units of Eti-Osa within 90 days, withdraw the return certificate issued to Atta, and conduct elections in areas where the election wasnt held on February 25. read here In a statement released on social media this morning, Atta, a Labour Party member, stated that he wasn't sacked and that the court only ordered that a rerun be held in the 32 polling units where elections were not held on February 25, 2023.
