Why I Tested...

Test Results…

  • Shark BreatheClear™ Air Purifier with NeverChange™: There were recently some wildfires in north Georgia that trickled to Atlanta. Between the smell and the excessive amount of pollen, this air purifier came in clutch this spring. I love that it comes in three different sizes depending on your space’s needs, spanning 300-1650 square feet per hour. The purifier is easy to set up (you don’t have to worry about incorporating your phone) and the interface is basic. My favorite part about this air purifier is that the filter lasts up to six years, so you don’t have to spend more money on filters. If you’re looking for a high-end, no-frills air purification system, I would highly recommend this one. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s a little bit of an eyesore.

  • Shark BlastBoss™ Indoor-Outdoor Air Blasting System: I’m not going to lie, I was a little confused by this launch from Shark upon first use. Like the name suggests, it’ll blast dust and debris out of place, but it won’t collect it for you like a traditional vacuum cleaner. I found this was ideal for cleaning my tech devices and the inside of my car. I also think if I did have a yard, it’d be ideal for that, too. It comes with three different attachments (a broom-like head, a more precise nozzle, and an extender). That said, I’d suggest spending your money on a powerful vacuum or dustbuster instead.

  • Shark ChillPill™ Personal Fan and Cooling System: This was my favorite of the three Shark products I tested and the most worth its expensive price. I have a heart condition that makes me more sensitive to heat, and this 3-in-1 Cooling System is genius. It’s a compact device that has three different heads: a cooling plate, a mister, and a small fan. It fits easily into medium-to-large-sized bags, and I love how versatile it is. I have already used it on more humid days in Atlanta because of the relief it provides. I know come summer, it’s going to be fantastic to have on hand. The interface is basic; you just twist the top to go between different power levels and simply press it to turn on and off. And it’s easy to switch between each attachment. I think this would be ideal to use on toddlers or for new moms, too.

Sidenotes…

  • All of Shark’s products are investments. That said, I do think they’re worth it. Every product feels high-quality, powerful, and effective.
