INGREDIENTS:

Coconut (4 heads)

Granulated sugar(8 table spoons)

Coconut water or clean water (10 table spoons)

Grater and Spatula

 PROCEDURE:

Break your coconut and separate the meat from the shell. 

Wash with clean water and a little salt.(Salt helps to get rid of germs or bacteria).

Slice or grate your coconut in portions.

FRYING METHOD:

Place a clean pot on your stove.

You can use frying pan if you are making little quantity(Pot helps you to turn contents generously). 

Add your ten(10) table spoon of coconut water or ordinary water along with your eight(8) table spoons of granulated sugar and stir with your spatula.

You can add more sugar to your desired taste if you want. 

Add your grated coconut immediately and stir continuously until it is looking dry and crispy.

Allow to cool then store in an airtight jar.
