Ingredients:
✍️ 1kg Flour
✍️ 2 ½ kg butter
✍️ 1 egg
✍️ Flavour (taste)
✍️ Preservative 2 teaspoon
✍️ 2 cubes of sugar
✍️ Water and bowl.

To Prepare:
1. Put flour in a bowl, add baking powder and mix.
2. Add butter to sugar. Add flour and mix, add flavour and Preservatives. Add little water to form dough.
3. Put dough on a floured table and spread with a cool bottle (fill with ice water) flat. Cut into size, arrange cooked egg on roll and roll round and close openings. Fry in deep oil or bake in oven.
4. Your Scotch Egg or Egg Roll is Served!
