HOW TO BAKE QUEEN CAKE (RICH CAKE)
Requirements:
✍️ 113g flour
✍️ 56-85g margarine
✍️ 56g sugar
✍️ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✍️ 1 large egg
✍️ 1 cold milk
✍️ Flavour (vanilla essence)

To Prepare:
1. Mix fat (margarine) and sugar to become creamy. Break egg and beat very well to get in much air in plate.
2. Mix flour and baking powder. Add cold milk to slight dropping constancy (mixture). Add flavour, if desired in a bowl.
3. Add fat sugar to flour mixture, don't beat hard as flour is now added.
4. Grease tins, put mixture into tins half level and bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
