HOW TO BAKE BREAD
Requirements:
✍️ 500g flour
✍️ 15g Yeast
✍️ 1 teaspoon salt
✍️ 250 moderate warm water
✍️ 1 teaspoon castor sugar
✍️ 1 bow

To Prepare:
1. Warm flour, slightly, mix salt with flour in a warm bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix fresh yeast with sugar and add warm water.
3. Make hollow in the middle of flour, pour in yeast mixture, scatter a little of flour in the yeast mixture and leave in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Until yeast bubbles and breaks through the flour.
4. Mix all together from centre with hand, add sufficient water to form soft elastic dough, beat if by hand until it come away from the side of bowl itself clean.
5. Sprinkle flour slightly on pastry board and turn dough on it and knead with firm, and steady motion and turn dough round frequently.
6. Return dough to a floured bowl, cover with thin cloth to prevent skin forming, keep in a warm place to rise and double size (for about 1-1½ hours).
7. After risen transfer to a floured pastry board and knead again lightly to bring in gas. And shape as desired and put in sun for second time to rise for 10-15 minutes.
8. Bake in hot oven, reduce heat after 15 minutes, bake small bread for 30 minutes, big bread for 45 minutes.
Tap bottom of bread if sound hollow, it's cooked. Clean with sugar dissolved in water for shinning look.
9. Your bread is Served!
