Heidi Klum Reveals It Took 10 Hours and 15 Artists to Create Her Medusa Halloween Look

Supermodel and Halloween queen Heidi Klum has once again left fans in awe with her jaw-dropping 2025 Halloween costume — a terrifyingly realistic Medusa.

Speaking to E! News, Heidi revealed that her transformation into the mythological creature took nearly 10 hours and involved 15 professional artists working on the detailed design.

Her outfit featured green snake eyes, a snake-tail tongue, sharp fangs, and writhing mechanical serpents atop her head — a concept she said had been in her mind long before the big reveal.

The 51-year-old model attended the event with her husband, Tom Kaulitz, who matched her theme by dressing up as a stone warrior turned to stone by Medusa’s deadly gaze.

She said: “Everything is hand-painted, About 15 people have been working on this, and I think they did a fantastic job.”

“I’ve been thinking about Medusa for quite some time, because I’ve seen over the years obviously many, many Medusas, and I thought, ‘You know, one day I’m going to try my own,’”

“I really wanted to have snakes that were moving, a super-ugly, super-scary face, really ugly teeth, and to be like a really long rattlesnake.”
