Healthcare infrastructure startup Tross has raised pre-seed funding led by All In Capital, with participation from DeVC. The overall size of the round was not disclosed, although All In Capital said it invested $400,000 through its Golden Ticket programme.

Tross said the funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand its engineering team, add integrations with electronic health record (EHR) systems and payer platforms, and strengthen its presence in the US healthcare market.

Founded by Padam Kataria and Meet Shah, Tross is building infrastructure that allows healthcare AI companies to connect their applications with EHRs, payer portals and other healthcare systems through APIs and integrations.

Its platform supports workflows including patient communication, referrals, appointment scheduling, claims processing, clinical documentation and data extraction.

The startup said, its technology can enable AI applications to retrieve claim status, upload clinical notes and schedule appointments directly within healthcare providers' existing systems.

According to the startup, it is already working with healthcare AI businesses serving the US market and expects its platform to support more than 200,000 patient interactions in 2026 across calls, referrals, scheduling and back-office workflows.

Tross plans to add support for more healthcare systems and broaden the range of workflows that customers can automate through its infrastructure.

The funding comes amid investment in Indian healthcare technology companies using AI to automate clinical and administrative processes.
