Hallmark Star Mike Heslin Dies On His Birthday Trip After Restaurant Staff Blocked CPR From Being Performed On Him

Tragedy has struck Hollywood as Hallmark movie star Mike Heslin has died during his birthday trip in Las Vegas.

According to DailyMail, the actor’s husband, Scotty Dynamo, has filed a lawsuit against Javier’s restaurant at the Aria Hotel, alleging that staffers failed to provide emergency care and instead caused an “avoidable tragedy.”

The suit claims that Heslin began showing clear signs of medical distress, yet restaurant staff did not act. Instead, they allegedly blocked a nearby diner who attempted to perform CPR and failed to retrieve an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), even though one was available on the property.

Heslin’s friends further allege that during the chaos, they were forcefully removed from the resort and even threatened with arrest for trying to help. They also claim staffers demanded that any video recordings of the incident be deleted.

Scotty Dynamo insists that had immediate medical aid been provided, Mike’s life could have been saved. The lawsuit highlights multiple failures by the restaurant, accusing staff of negligence and interference that led to the actor’s tragic passing.
