Hackers take over Kano Hisbah Board’s Facebook page, post n^.d£ photos and videos

Hackers have taken over the official Facebook page of the Kano Hisbah Board.  The hackers posted explicit photos and videos after taking over the page. Videos of women breastfeeding their children were also posted on the page. The Commander General of the Board, Sheikh Aminu Daurawa, who confirmed the disturbing development, stated that the situation had been addressed. Kano State Hisbah Board is aware that its Facebook page has been hacked and inappropriate things are being shared. On behalf of the board, I call on people to help solve this problem," he said. He assured the public that the boards ICT department is actively working to restore the page and is engaged in discussions with Meta to resolve the issue. The Head of ICT at the Hisbah Board, Sani Zailani, noted that the account had experienced previous hacks and that Meta had been contacted regarding the latest breach, adding that Meta had pledged to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Meanwhile, some Nigerians have been reacting to the incident.  One Mariam Oyiza Aliyu claimed that the morality police was responsible for clicking on an adult movie link. The post Hackers take over Kano Hisbah Boards Facebook page, post n^.d photos and videos appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
