Artistic maturity can no longer be defined by age or experience. De Manne is the reason why this perspective now holds water. Born in Buea, Cameroon and residing in Guinea Conakry, this multitalented artist will blow your mind with the depth of his lyrics and euphonious vocals, echoing a fresh mix of global contemporary melodies including afro-pop, Latin music, Contemporary R&B, Afro-soul, and Reggae musical genres.

The singer-songwriter released his debut studio EP “The Avenue” in 2022, featuring 15 minutes of memorable singles including “Avenue”, “You are my type”, “Dola” and “Shadows”, placing De Manne as one of the missing jigsaws pieces the African popular music industry has been looking for. His passion and irresistible versatility have forged him a diehard fanbase inspiring him to further push boundaries of contemporary popular music.

De Manne has moved from a simple press conference to collaborating with renown home based artists like BIG G BABA and Merveille Onguenet and releasing two music videos on YouTube in 2023, “Avenue” and “You are my type” with lyrics and storylines all written by him. “Avenue” has hit 1 million  views in two months meanwhile “you are my type”, an emotionally charged contemporary R&B song is expected sway global music critics to his side.

De Manne has five new studio recordings available and ready for release in the coming months. His artistic influence has come from a wide range of home-base artists like Ben Decca, Stepan Dayas and global icons like Richard Bona, Michael Jackson, Miriam Makeba, Tracy Chapman, Papa Wemba, Angélique Kidjo, Sade Adu, Bob Marley, and several others.
