The first mainstream Gen Z Afrofusion star, FirstKlaz, has just dropped his debut EP Déjàvu, a bold introduction that’s already setting the pace for his generation.

The 7-track project captures everything that makes FirstKlaz unique. The raw emotions, infectious rhythms and storytelling in this body of work hits both the heart and the dance floor. From soulful love songs like “Umi” and “Soyaiya” to upbeat anthems like “Alhaji,” “Lili,” and “Aure,” Déjàvu takes listeners on a journey that feels both familiar and brand new.

In his words: “Déjàvu is that strange, powerful feeling like you’re living something for the first time, yet it feels deeply familiar.” That’s exactly what this EP delivers, timeless music with global appeal.

Déjàvu is rooted in Northern Nigeria yet crafted for the world stage. It’s a cultural statement and the start of an exciting new chapter in FirstKlaz’s career.
