INGREDIENTS:

- Habbatu sauda powder

- Habbatu roshaad powder

- Hulbah powder (2 tins each)

- Halteet powder (4 tins)

- Enough honey and Khal tuffah.

DIRECTION FOR USE:

Mix all, take 2 spoonful of the mixture after food and drink slightly hot water. 

OR

FIBROID: Get one big bara, epo isin, original potash 100 naira, ten pieces of lime (cut it into two two), two pieces of immature pineapple (pineapple tio gbo), cut it into four four, Eru alamo like 100 naira, cook everything together with pap water or palm wine, half stainless cup twice daily.
