Fancy Green Diamonds Captivate at Garatti’s Place Vendôme Celebration

The Milanese high jewelry maison Garatti marked Paris Haute Couture Week with an exclusive dinner at the historic Hôtel d’Évreux, set in the heart of Place Vendôme. In the property’s grand 18th-century salons, guests followed a curated exhibition pathway that revealed the house’s signature collections—from the luminous, airy Eterea line to the bold architectural presence of Venezia.

At the center of the presentation stood an exceptional Fancy Intense Green diamond of more than three carats. The Gemological Institute of America has published a monograph on this rare stone, documenting its journey from rough to finished gem.

Fancy Green diamonds dominated the evening. Prized for their intense, natural color and extreme scarcity, these stones have positioned Garatti as an international reference in the category. Every jewel begins with the singular vision of founder and creative director Milena Garatti, who transforms exceptional materials into pieces that balance cultural depth, rigorous research, and contemporary identity.

Actress Kate Hudson wore a necklace and bracelet from the Universale collection, completed by an outstanding green pear-shaped diamond ring. French model and actress Laetitia Casta appeared in a necklace and earrings from the Iride collection – defined by its fluid, sensual curves—paired with a Fancy Green pear-shaped diamond ring.

The evening underscored Garatti’s mastery of rare colored diamonds and its commitment to presenting them in settings of refined elegance.
