A young woman in Lagos is devastated and publicly pleading for justice after her boyfriend of six years allegedly ran off with ₦950,000 she had saved for rent—along with her friend.

In an emotional post that’s now spreading across social media, the lady explained how she brought her 40-year-old boyfriend from the village to live with her in Lagos, hoping to build a future together. Things seemed okay until a shocking betrayal unfolded.

According to her story, her friend visited the house claiming she had just attended a job interview in Asaba. What the lady didn’t know was that her boyfriend had been secretly involved with this same friend.

She walked in one day and caught them in b-d together. Furious, she immediately asked her friend to leave and told her boyfriend to pack his things. Instead of apologizing or staying, he gathered his belongings and walked out right behind the friend.

Days later, she discovered the painful twist: her boyfriend and her friend are now living together in a brand-new apartment.

The most crushing part? The ₦950,000 she had entrusted to him for their rent money is gone with him. In her post, she begged him directly:
