DANGOTE/KOGI STATE: WHO OWNS THE CEMENT PLANT IN OBAJANA?

After the establishment of the Cement company in Obajana, the company was named OBAJANA CEMENT COMPANY and not DANGOTE CEMENT COMPANY as it is known today.

The change of name to Dangote Cement company raises eyebrows as to what transpired between the Richest man in Africa, Dangote and the Government of Kogi before the transfer of name of the cement plant.

Suffices you to know that alot of informations regarding the activities of the cement plant, revenue allocation to the state government, employment quota, and the state percentage of the company has been concealed from the masses and secretly maintained in the hand of the ruling class in the state.

The Cement Plant is the Largest in sub Saharan Africa and the second largest in the whole of Africa, racking in hundreds of billions of naira yearly and we the people of the state has no little idea whether there's anything being remitted to the state government, what percentage does the state owned, is the cement plant providing employment for the people of the state according to the exact quota of agreement as at the time of establishment.

The question is why is informations about a cement company, planted on the soil of a state and derive all of it's required resources for production from the state soil kept concealed from the state populace.
