Coffee Break: Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pads

I’ve been using these resurfacing pads quite happily for a while now. I just misplaced the container so switched to another brand, but it felt more like a serum that just sat on my skin all night than an exfoliant. I was so happy when I found the Elemis ones again! (The jar was with my hair stuff, duh.)

Do you know how sometimes what’s best about skincare is the absence of things? This one doesn’t have a strong scent, isn’t sticky, doesn’t leave your skin feeling stripped — and I do notice that chalky, dull look is banished from my skin for a while. The pads are really gentle, and I like that they have a teensy bit of texture but not like some things I’ve used over the years.

(Memory unlocked: I just remembered really scratchy rounds I used in high school that came with soap in them… if you remember them also and know the name, please shout them out!)
