We all have the power to heal. To heal someone else, we need to be able to put ourselves in their situation and feel what they may have been through.

When we go through a difficult time, heartbreak or wound, we look for someone who can listen to us and understand what we are going through. If we open up to someone and they show empathy towards us, it does lessen our pain as we feel we are not alone in our situation.

Show love and empathy to someone who is going through pain. You may not always be able to change their situation, but just by opening your heart, listening to them and understanding their situation can many times you can initiate the healing.
