It would be recalled that, during the built up to the Presidential Election, Governor Abdullahi A Sule refused to grant permission for the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council and its supporters to use Lafia City Square or Lafia Stadium which they applied for, for the Labour Party Presidential Campaign in Lafia, Nasarawa State led by H. E Peter Gregory Obi. Governor Abdullahi Sule who boasted on Channels TV interviewed later that, Peter Obi came to Nasarawa State to campaign "there are no Labour Party supporters in Nasarawa State, that was why I refused to give Labor Party the Lafia City Square or Lafia Stadium, which is too big for them". H. E Peter Obi and his supporters had to used Football pit of Science Secondary School, Lafia after several weeks of begging for the governor to give permission for the use of Lafia City Square or Lafia Stadium Bukan Sidi but the Governor Sule flagrantly said "he would not grant permission" until the National Peace Committee had to intervened for the Science Secondary School Football Pit, Lafia was grudgingly allowed to be used by the Labor Party Presidential Campaign in Nasarawa State. Labor Party Presidential Candidate won Nasarawa State and this had sent fear into Governor Sule.

In the course of his appeal to Igbo community this evening in Nasarawa State to vote for him, he told the Igbo's gathering that, "they should forget about, H. E Peter Gregory Obi might recover his mandate from the Court". He promised to bring Senator Orji Uzor Kalu to come over to Nasarawa State to talk his Igbo's people and that the APC Government would give the Senate President to the Igbo.

The Governor of Nasarawa State is currently facing a stiff opposition to his reelection bid because of poor performance and incompetence and neck-deep involvement in corruption which his party, APC the Presidential and National Assembly Elections, in which his party, APC lost all the 3 Senate Seats.

It's alleged that Governor Sule and his Men are trying to get INEC officials to rig the Governorship Election in Nasarawa State by scanning and uploading fake results at the Polling Units through BVAS into the server of INEC in Wamba, Keana, Awe, Toto, Nasarawa and Keffi LGAs on the date of the elections and also by delaying sending electoral materials and incomplete materials to the strongholds of the Governor's opposition parties.

We call on INEC officials and the REC to refuse the temptations of compromising the Governorship Election in Nasarawa State and we call on the general public to protect their votes after voting and ensure that the votes are transmitted from the polling units.

We're aware that, Governor Abdullahi Sule is spending hundred of millions naira on daily basis to buy votes. We're aware he is using the 10 billion naira airport project from the Federal Government, the Ecological Funds of 5 billions paid by the Federal Government to tackle Ecological crisis in Nasarawa etc to buy his second term reelection bid. He had refused to effect the promotions of State Civil Servants, which he promised them and spending the funds for his reelection bid. We call on the Civil Servants in Nasarawa State to vote out H. E Engr Abdullahi A Sule just like they did during Late Aliyu Akwe Doma.
