Bajaj Pulsar N160 Gets a Gold USD Fork and Single-Piece Seat at Rs 1.24 Lakh

Bajaj launches a new Pulsar N160 variant with gold USD forks and a single-piece seat — priced at ₹1.23 lakh and keeping the same 165cc motor.

Bajaj has quietly expanded the Pulsar N160 lineup with a variant that blends everyday practicality and a sportier stance — a gold-anodised upside-down (USD) front fork paired with a single-piece seat. This version is priced at ₹1,23,983 (ex-showroom) and is arriving at dealerships across India.

The most visible change is the gold-finished USD fork up front that gives the N160 a more aggressive road presence while the single-piece seat replaces the split arrangement to suit family riders and those who prefer pillion comfort or everyday load-carrying practicality. Bajaj says customer research pointed towards demand for a single-seat option, so this update is clearly customer-led rather than purely cosmetic.

Mechanically the bike remains the familiar Pulsar N160 underneath. It still uses the 164.82cc single-cylinder engine that produces around 15.7 bhp and 14.65 Nm, mated to a five-speed gearbox, so performance and drivetrain characteristics are unchanged. In short: looks and ergonomics get the tweak, while the core riding package stays the same.

The new variant will be offered in four colours — Pearl Metallic White, Racing Red, Polar Sky Blue and Black — and keeps the Pulsar family’s focus on everyday usability with a sporty silhouette. Bajaj’s leadership highlights the Pulsar range as a key volume generator and says the variant aims to strengthen the brand’s reach by addressing evolving customer preferences.
