Ant Middleton to test local participants’ fitness, endurance, and resilience in new Middle East TV show

Dubai and Hatta will be the setting for a brand-new intense reality competition television show: Special Forces Trilogy. The brand-new intense reality competition television show co-produced by Ti22 Films, will be filmed across the UAE, where 20 individuals will have the opportunity to take on a once-in-a-lifetime experience and an ultimate test of endurance, perseverance and resilience. Special Forces Trilogy is the creation of Ant Middleton, a former UK Special Forces Soldier and global TV personality, best known for the smash-hit series SAS: Who Dares Wins, and knows what it takes to conquer challenges having reached the summit of K2 and Mount Everest. Hosted by Middleton, the first season will broadcast exclusively on OSNtv and stream on OSN+ in 2026. Co-produced by Ti22 Films and Ant Media & Productions, Ti22 Films is known for bringing some of the most successful broadcast formats and shows to the region, having been commissioned by Dubai Media Incorporated, the host broadcaster of Expo 2020 to produce Studio Expo, and worked closely with Dubai One to produce lifestyle TV show, DXB Today.  Reim El Houni, CEO of Ti22 Films and Jasmine Mehta, Senior Producer and Director, are both co-executive producers on the project, working closely with Ant Middleton to produce a format unlike anything seen in the region before.  Each of the 10 episodes will be filmed in various locations across Dubai and Hatta, where 20 selected participants will push their physical, psychological and emotional limits through specially designed military-style challenges.  The launch of Special Forces Trilogy aligns with Dubai Government’s ongoing efforts to promote a healthy lifestyle among residents and visitors, making it a perfect fit for OSN and OSN+, a leading television and digital content broadcaster in the MENA region.
