Early life 

Zion went through a lot of challenges.

Caudal Regression Syndrome is a rare condition that affects the development of the lower spine and sacrum. Zion went through the daunting reality of life without having legs. He was raised in foster care, his childhood was marked by uncertainty. 

His indomitable spirit began to shine when he was younger, setting the stage for his incredible resilience in the face of adversity.

Foster mums care

Zion found  stability and solace in the love and care of his foster mum Kimberlli.. They both had a bond that exceeded biology, with Kimberly's unwavering encouragement providing the foundation Zion needed to thrive. Kimberly was the one  who approached Zion one day, expressing her wish to be his foster mom. She created a beacon of love and  support that would guide him in  his journey.

Zion faced a lot of negativity and ridicule from his peers in school. Which made him transform adversity into a catalyst for personal growth. He never allowed his bullies to define him, instead he used  them as fuel to demonstrate his capabilities. Every challenge made him  stronger and more determined. He refused  to let his circumstances dictate his ability.

His journey is marked by several triumphs, yet his ambitions extend far beyond the wrestling mat. Zion achieved accolades at the regional and federal levels, but his pictures are set even higher. With dreams and aspirations for representing the United States in the Paralympics and achieving global recognition as a freestyle wrestler, his  determination has  no bounds.
