The Conclave brings together established African women leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and young women across the continent to share knowledge, build networks, and strengthen inter-generational mentorship that accelerates women’s leadership in business, governance, science, and the professions.

Why This Conference Matters

Africa’s future depends on the skills, confidence, and opportunities we pass from today’s leaders to the next generation. When accomplished women leaders step forward to teach, guide, and mentor younger women and girls, the returns are social, economic, and civic — better business growth, more women in executive and political roles, and a stronger pipeline of women leaders in STEM, finance, health, and public service.
