Honda once ran a race car in the premier GT500 class of Japan's highly competitive Super GT touring car series. It dominated in its 2010 debut year, earning drivers Takashi Kogure and Loïc Duval the championship title. Known as the HSV-010 GT, the car went on to compete for three more seasons, racking up numerous wins and podium finishes along the way.
