Actor Chris Bassey becomes a plumber in Canada

Nigerian actor turned plumber, Chris Bassey shares insights into his new life in Canada during a social media chat with Daddy Freeze.

Bassey, who transitioned from the entertainment industry, surprised many by revealing his current role in the construction sector.

Despite Daddy Freeze’s initial disbelief, Bassey emphasized that his new career not only pays better than tech jobs but also allows him a more relaxed lifestyle, including the freedom to travel at his leisure.

“In the last seven months, the province I have visited just on weekends in Canada, even person wey dey do tech no fit afford am. For here, I don’t know about the UK or US,” Chris said in part.

Chris added that in coming years, the tech industry may lose its value with how versatile the new generation of youths are on programming and the like; which would cause its demand to crash.
