Dutch automaker Spyker has been through the wringer for much of the past decade, with bankruptcy and financial woes that extend back to its failed acquisition of Saab. That could be why the second-generation Spyker C8, known as the Aileron, didn't receive the high-performance flagship LM85 trim that the company promised back in 2018. But not to worry, hardcore fans of Dutch supercars: The Spyker C8 Aileron LM85 lives, thanks to the enterprising efforts of an enthusiast and two different design and engineering houses.
