Self-love–along with self-care–are concepts that easily get tossed around and put on the back burner, but showing yourself some TLC sends a message to your subconscious that you are worthy of so much affection. Regularly journaling and practicing affirmations not only serve as daily reminders of how uniquely great you are, but they can also give you the confidence to become your highest, best self, leading to more meaningful relationships and fulfilling experiences. Read on for 60 journal prompts and affirmations to get you started on your self-love practice.
