Landlord Association must become the 4th level of government in Nigeria

Nigeria is a federal state with 3 levels of government, namely: Federal government, the State government and the Local government, but with the underdevelopment in most areas of the country a new level of government must be introduced that can reach further to the grassroots than the Local Government, and this level of government is the Landlord Association Government.

LandLord Association is a product of the neglect of the streets and many locality by the government because they are too far from the government seat, hence, the house owners in these areas take it upon themselves to hire private security to guard the street by night, them made their road, they erect electricity pole, and lots more. 

A deep study will reveal that this Landlord Association has taken over many of the jobs of the government, many places might not be reachable or habitable if not for their efforts.

They have done this without any recognition from the  government, but this article is not about reward for them, none of the Association has contacted me to do a PR on their behalf, but if the government can build on this developmental model, this will be an amazing way to connect the rural areas in the country together and transform the land.

How can Nigeria take the advantage of this? The States government in Nigeria has to be called to order, the Governors must stop diverting the monthly allocations of the Local Government, they have so deprive the Local Government that that  level of Government has become moribund, or the government can give the Local Government autonomy, by removing the local Government authority from under the State Government and let it stand on its own. But the Local Government will now be reformed to accommodate the Landlord Association for development reason.  

The Executive of the Landlord Association does not need to be a full time elected office, it can continue the way it is, while they only get allocations to carry out development in their areas with supervision from the Local Government.

This will work for two reasons, because the development will be solving the problem for the people concern, and it will also be an improvement in the level of development on Nigeria
