‘I’m ready to make bold decisions for progress of Rivers’ ~ Gov Fubara

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has declared his readiness to take bold and decisive actions to address challenges and ensure progress in the state and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Governor Fubara’s declaration comes amidst his longstanding feud with his predecessor, Nyesom Wike.

Fubara made the statement during a condolence visit to Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, at the Government House on Saturday evening, over the demise of his stepmother, Hauwa Duguri, who passed away at the start of the new year.

Speaking during the visit, Fubara noted that, although the visit was slightly delayed, the strength of their relationship and shared commitment to addressing critical issues remained the priority.

“I know this visit is a bit late, but the most important thing is that we are here. We are here to comfort the Bauchi governor on the loss of his mother,” he said.
