Motto: Involving Young Entrepreneurs for a Better Nation

Founder: Engr. David Kingsley Kelechukwu Chukwuonye, CEO of KingSloy Group

Established: January 2021 | Officially Launched: April 11, 2023

Aim: NAYE is a noble platform dedicated to catalyzing the entrepreneurship movement among young people in Nigeria. Our mission is to boost economic growth and development for the betterment of society and the nation at large.

Vision: Our vision is to empower young people, enabling them to grow and develop themselves.

Mission: We are on a mission to encourage young people to become distinguished entrepreneurs.

Non-Profit and Non-Political: NAYE is a non-profit organization with no political affiliations. We are committed to remaining apolitical and will never participate in any political movement or rally.

Empowering the Youth:

NAYE encourages young people aged 15-40 to showcase their skills, business ideas, passion, and talents to become successful entrepreneurs.
Our mission aligns with the need to reduce unemployment, alleviate poverty, and curb crime in society and the country as a whole.
As the majority of Nigeria’s population consists of youths, empowering them is essential for shared prosperity.

The Role of Young People:

Young people are integral to the nation’s population and development.
Historically, many young individuals have demonstrated dedication, commitment, determination, innovation, creativity, and resilience in their pursuit of entrepreneurship. However, they lacked adequate platforms for support and encouragement.

Meeting the Challenges:

In a time when job opportunities for young people are scarce, NAYE was born to amplify the voices of youth in entrepreneurship.
We believe in the untapped potential, skills, and knowledge possessed by our youth, which can bring global recognition and benefits when nurtured.
By empowering young entrepreneurs, we ensure a more secure society where the empowered youth become builders, not burdens, of their own communities.
Leadership and Problem Solving:

Entrepreneurship cultivates a sense of belonging and responsibility among young people.
Empowered entrepreneurs are better equipped to identify and solve the nation’s problems.
NAYE aims to groom leaders who can offer long-lasting remedies and solutions to societal issues.

Acknowledgment:

We appreciate past empowerment programs organized by individuals, private and public sectors, and governments.
These programs have successfully encouraged and nurtured entrepreneurship among youths.
Call for Support:

We call upon profit and non-profit organizations, both in the public and private sectors, to establish platforms for youth empowerment.
The economic growth of Nigeria can be greatly accelerated by economically empowering its energetic youth.
Key Programs:

NAYE’s programs include capacity-building seminars, empowerment initiatives across states, business conversations, workshops, summits with established entrepreneurs, face-to-face training, and intensive internships.
We do not just organize these programs; we also monitor and evaluate youth participation to maximize productivity and results.
Aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals:

NAYE’s programs are in line with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals for young people worldwide.
Focus Areas:

Our engagement with youths encompasses leadership training, skill acquisition, social entrepreneurship training, and business management.
We believe that information is power and aim to share vital program information with young people to enable them to benefit fully.
Diverse Business Interests:

NAYE is home to young entrepreneurs engaged in diverse businesses such as real estate, consultancy, trading, marketing, aviation, construction, and more.
Supporting Talent in Entertainment:

We recognize and support young talent in the entertainment industry, which includes music, comedy, dance, and other creative endeavors where Nigerian youths have excelled.
Shifting from Consumption to Production:

A major objective of NAYE is to transition Nigeria’s economy from consumption to production.
Young people, with their energy and vitality, are poised to contribute significantly to the nation’s economic output.
Partnering for Progress:

We seek partnerships with organizations, both public and private, government agencies, well-meaning Nigerians, foreign embassies, and others to realize our vision for young entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
Call to Action:

We urge the general public to support and encourage young entrepreneurs in achieving their goals of becoming successful and impactful entrepreneurs.
