A lesson from a man who went from riches to rags

I met a guy in my neighborhood who's always hyping me up when I'm grocery shopping. But what caught my attention was his story. He told me that he was once very wealthy, but now... he's worth nothing.

His words still echo in my mind: "Money is a visitor." He believes that wealth comes and goes, and it's up to us to take advantage of it when it arrives.

But here's the thing: I don't buy into that mindset. I believe that consistent wealth and success come from perseverance, hard work, and determination.

Don't get me wrong, luck and opportunities can play a role. But it's what we do with those opportunities that truly matters.

Let's not rely on chance visits from wealth. Instead, let's focus on building a strong foundation, staying committed to our goals, and working tirelessly to achieve them.

Investing in lands is one of the best strategies for building a strong foundation; I mean buying land, is one of the step in having consistent wealth. Land have worth, remember it's what we do with those opportunities that truly matters — one of the good use of these opportunities, you acquire a land.

Lands from Et Cetera are affordable, with amount less from NGN1million, you can get a land in a good location, of you choice.

Don't have the exact amount; you can spread the payment, and still own the land — a profitable plan set for you.
